Thanks for visiting my blog!

I am Gayathri.I have started this blog to keep track of the dishes which I cook in my kitchen passed on to me by my Mother,relatives,friends and also the dishes which I try from other blogs or sources.

I love to cook simple and healthy food for day to day cooking. Recently I have developed a great liking for baking and you can see cakes and bakes mostly eggless ones in my blog.

    Hi Gaju! I stumbled upon your blog while searching for eggless strawberry cupcakes, v.glad to find a detailed recipe for the same.

    But would like to bake it for my kid's birthday party, so how much should I take the measurements if doing for a big batch, appreciate your reply asap!

    Thanks for your comments. You can double the ingredients and make 12 cupcakes in one batch. The batter once mixed should be baked immediately so you can make batch by batch 12 in one batch. hope it helps.. I also suggest you to try one small batch(6 cupcakes) before the party to get an idea.Good luck
