For this month's Baking Eggless Challenge,Priya of 'Priya's versatile recipes' suggested this wonderful Jam swirled Muffins from Technicolor Kitchen. The original recipe had 2 eggs and I used yogurt as egg replacer.I didn't had store bought jam on hand,so made some strawberry jam and used it in the recipe.Since I didn't add any colour in my jam the muffins were not too colourful as I expected but they were very soft and tasty.
